Hi! My name is Ashlea Malek. I am originally from Dunkerton. Before attending the University of Northern Iowa, I attended Loras College in Dubuque. I graduated from UNI in May with my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in K-8 literacy. I am recently engaged and starting the process of planning a wedding for next summer! I enjoy spending my free time reading, kayaking, working out, and coaching. I am beyond excited to become part of the Hudson Community and continue this adventure of teaching!
