If you are driving to school and have not yet turned in your vehicle registration form, please do so as soon as possible.  New forms are available in the office if needed.

There will be a Student Council meeting today during lunch and seminar in Mrs. Thilges’ room.

Please dismiss the JV basketball team at 3:00 today for their game.  The bus will leave at 3:10.

Please make sure to watch your lunch balances.  If you are low or in the negative, please bring money into the office.  If you have questions about your balance, please stop in the office.

Seniors – if you have not gotten your senior picture and toddler picture to the office, please do it immediately.  Questions, ask Erin.

Seniors who have not yet completed their Senior Salute for the Hudson Herald, please talk to Erin in the office and get these in as soon as possible.

There will be a boys track meeting and a baseball meeting next week – watch the announcements for more information.

The student council has started a safe driving initiative through the Seatbelts Are For Everyone, or S.A.F.E. program of Iowa.  This past Tuesday and Wednesday, some members of the student council were in the parking lots at the beginning of the day gathering information about students wearing seatbelts and students who were driving distracted.  We are happy to report that out of 208 cars, they counted 186 students wearing their seatbelts and 3 distracted drivers.  They plan to hold monthly initiatives to help curb distracted driving.
