Friday Board Bulletin 3/20/2020

Board Members:

I hope you are all well and safely at home! We have been working hard remotely during this trying and unique time in our history, but have been making the most of it. Our maintenance staff and contractors on the other hand are still in the district and I expect them to be for the foreseeable future. They have been instructed to practice good social distancing and so far have been doing well. 

Today I held a remote meeting via Zoom with the administrators and for the most part the technology worked well. We are prepared to give remote operations a go next week, with the understanding that we will have a lot of ups and downs along the way. I'll point out that we have added a page to our website that includes both helpful resources and news releases from the district. Please have your friends and neighbors check back frequently as it seems to change and have items added to it daily. 

I'll remind you of our meeting on Monday and the fact that I'll have you call in. You should have previously received those instructions, but I'll text them out again prior to the meeting on Monday. I'll expedite the proceedings and focus most of my attention on the action items. For the most part we'll skip over the reports, but please read those and ask questions if needed.
