Board Members:

I am coming to you a little earlier than normal this week. Ann has doctor appointments tomorrow and I am uncertain what time I'll be getting to the office, other than it will likely be sometime in the afternoon. 

We're one week post school dismissal, and we have transitioned very smoothly and quickly to the summer mode. Interior demolition in the high school has picked up full steam, and it is readily apparent that we have a lot of work to do this summer! Coupled with the work that needs to be done with the addition, it seems to me like it is going to be a very tight timeline!

Our maintenance crew has also started their annual deep summer cleaning, this week they have been focused on the first grade wing and into the rest of the early childhood area. I anticipate the pace will continue to quicken in the coming weeks.

This afternoon we had a chance to have a district leadership team meeting and work with the AEA to finalize our service delivery plan with the AEA. This is tied closely to our professional development plan for the 2024-2025 school year and will be presented for board approval at our next meeting.
