If you haven't heard, I've been out the balance of the week with COVID. Over the weekend, I thought that I was experiencing fall allergies, when in reality I was sick. I came home and mowed the lawn on Monday night and then after finding out another employee was positive, I took a test myself and wouldn't you know it, I was positive too!

So I've been home. Truth be told, I really didn't feel all that great on Tuesday and Wednesday so it probably did me some good to be away. Thursday I felt fine and based on the guidance I've received from the county I'm back in the office today. 

Today is a big day for the district as voters will have their first opportunity to cast a ballot in the special election at the game tonight. The polls open at 3 and close at 9. Hopefully we get a good voter turnout!
