Board Members:

The days remaining in the school year are quickly evaporating. The big event of the week was bid letting for the high school renovation project. Please check your email for a separate memo regarding that work and our next steps. 

As we prepare for the meeting next week, I also encourage you to spend some extra time studying item 6.2c: parking. I'll need your advice and counsel on how best to tackle the problem that will come with construction next fall. Additionally, we'll also be spending quite a bit of time in discussion with regard to the construction project. Those items can be referenced in both items 6.2d and 7.2.

Although I don't anticipate our meeting will last overtly long, dinner will be provided! Have a great weekend and I look forward to seeing you next week.
