Good afternoon! I'm coming to you early again this week. If Ann is feeling good, we're going to take a three day weekend so I won't be in the district tomorrow. Apparently there is a Christmas festival of some sort in St. Charles, MO. that she would like to check out. My guess is that it will be straight out of a Hallmark movie!

It's been a really good week, probably topped off with today's weather. I dismissed employees 30 minutes early today, which is always well received. You would think it was a bar of gold! On Monday we had a construction meeting with contractors. It is a very busy place on the construction site right now. If you would like to check it out sometime during the day to see all the activity let me know, I'd love to show you around. For a detailed report of the progress to date, please check the board agenda: item 6.2d. Mr. Dieken is planning to shoot some video tomorrow so be on the lookout for the next episode of 'A Peak Behind the Plastic' sometime before the Christmas break. 

If you are interested in working ahead a bit, I might suggest studying item 6.2c: NICL Admission, and item 6.2e: Comprehensive Financial Projections. We'll spend the balance of our meeting on these items so any prep work you can do in advance will be helpful. Some of the reading and concepts are pretty dense so be forewarned! Let me know if I can help in any way!
