The weather this first part of December has been a huge benefit in terms of our construction progress. That, and I'm grateful there haven't been any weather calls yet! I'm sure they'll come, but I'm enjoying the reprieve. The downside is that it is pretty unlikely we'll have snow for Christmas. Even so, I'll take it! 

As you know, we have a board meeting next week. We'll have a meal provided for you, so please be sure to bring your appetites! Last week I mentioned my desire to spend a large balance of our time together discussing the 5 year budget forecast. You can find that as item 6.2e in the agenda. Additionally, a companion document is included titled 'negotiation handbook' as part of those exhibits. I would suggest taking a look at item 2.5 of this document. There are two sections to pay attention to: 'Possible New Positions' and 'Replacement Positions'. I'll also want to brief you on a conference wide discussion regarding gate admission at events. Indeed there is a lot of ground to cover for December, but I'll do my best to make it engaging and 'fun'. At a minimum you'll have a nice dinner!
